13708352_10206587466700644_3123589168410663782_o

Hello! Here Réka is today with you, and I have a layout with multiple pictures to share, featuring the gorgeous ’Sundance’ Traveler’s Notebook Kit.

I think I am not the only one who takes a photo of your own kit. On this layout I have documented my last 6 kits which have arrived to me.

Let’s see my layout.

0-0

Firstly, I have created one rosette using the Bon Voyage 4×6 Paper from Pretty Little Studios: Wish You Were Here Collection and I added the Clique Kits sticker on it and this was the title of my layout. After I have put the photos around the rosette and I have also embroidered them around. For the photos I have adhere the month words from the January 2016 printable.

6

I have cut some stripes of fringe patterned paper and I also used my fringe scissors to add more texture to it and finally I sewed then at the top and the bottom part of my layout with my sewing machine.

4

The last step was to add some embellishment from the ’Stop Here’ and the ’On the Go Word’ Stickers. I have fussy cut the leaves from the September’s printables. I really love these colors of these leaves as you may know from my previous post.

I love seeing this 6 kits together.

Hopefully, I managed to inspire you to using multiple pictures on your page. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day! See you next time. Réka

September with llama

clique-agenda

Hello! Here is Réka and today I’m sharing with you some weekly planner pages I created. First of all, it is unbelievable that it will be September in only five days. The summer always ends too fast and I would like if it keeps longer. For that’s why I have decided to make my planner pages of September summer mode using the cute ’Sundance’ Traveler’s Notebook Kit.

ck-sep17-tnkit-5_1_orig

As you may know from my previous planner post I always make the inspiring monthly page in my planner. For my September’s main page I have used the very cute pink llama illustration and the September word was cut out of the stars green paper from Pretty Little Studios: Wish You Were Here 4×6 Paper Pack with my cameo. I have fussy cut the ’love is being with you anywhere’ sentiment and the leaves from the September’s printables. I really love these colors of these leaves, my favorites totally.

I have decided to try a new structure for my monthly spread. On the back side of the previous page I have put my monthly calendar edited by me to know how the days follow each other and I also decorated it with some banner on the top of the page and the cute leaves cannot be missed.

IMG_0488

IMG_0494

On the opposite page I can write the important event or things belonged to that day. I don’t know why but I love using the list structure much more. I have added one squared sheet to the white cardstock and I have written the numbers and days on it with my handwriting and for the Sundays I used the numeric stickers from Pretty Little Studio: Mini ABC – Adventure which come with the kit. I also decorated it with some embellishments and add one tag to the page sideway which marks the monthly page and I can go back easily to it.

I hope you have found some inspiration for your monthly planner spread.

Art Studio – Coffee Cup

ck-art-studio-header

Hello! It’s Réka and today I am sharing with you a very cute, very nice and very lovely way to make your own embelisment for your layout or any other projects and we will be using the gorgeous „Sundance” Traveler’s Notebook Kit.

ck-sep17-tnkit-5_1_orig

The first thing you have to know about me that I love coffee latte but I have never taken a picture of it and I have never documented it. But last week I gave up them and I did the previous two things and of course my own hand-made embelisment.

Now let’s see the hand-made embelisment which is a coffee cup. I have choosen the coffee PL card from the February 2017 printables to do this.

ck-feb17-prints-web_4_orig

I have edited this illustration in the Microsoft Word program and I have printed it twice. Because for firts one I have used white cardstock which became the base of my layout and the other one has been printed  on the copy paper which was the samplet for the coffee cup embelishment.

1

I have cut the cup out of the copy paper, after that I cut off the different parts and I have chosen the papers from the Pretty Little Studios: Wish You Were Here 4×6 paper pack collection for them and drawn around it and cut it out of and adhered them onto one pieces of white cardstock which cut it around as the shape of the cup. The last steps were to embroider it and add the alphabetic stickers from the previous kits.

2

The embelisment was done and I put it onto the page and I really love the result.

Finally I have decorated the layout. I have fussy cut flowers out of the flower paper from Pretty Little Studios: Wish You Were Here 4×6 Paper Pack and the hearts were used to create a clusters on the top and the bottom part of the page to make balance. The hello word washi tape was the final touch to complete my layout.

000N

I really love this layout and the layout’s message.

Here are some close-ups:

Happy days with hot-air balloon

clique-agenda

Hello Everyone! Here is Réka and this month I am using the cute Traveler’s Notebook Kit of July for my projects.

ck-jun17-tnkit2_4_orig

Today, I’m sharing my weekly planner spread but before I show it I’ll bring a very quick DIY project.

This idea came from the striped PL card from Pretty Little Studio: Ain’t Life Grand – 3 x 4 Cards, Hello Today. When I saw this pack at first time I thought this was a notepad but after a few second I realised what it was exactly. After I’ve printed the Main Kits’ exclusive printable of July and my eyes stuck on the cute striped with hearts border’s PL card and I knew it would be the base of the notepad. I’ve printed more copies, then I’ve stitched them together and finally I’ve glued them onto the Pretty Little Studio: Ain’t Life Grand – Word Stickers’ wrapping paper. Yes, I love using these papers and the Pretty Little Studio’s wrapping is always perfect for this. Then I’ve decorated it with the word of ‘TODAY’, and the ‘YOU’RE AWESOME’ stickers.  And then, the cute hearts, of course, which I’ve been fussy cut from the other printable card. The last step was to put it on a piece of white cardstock.

1.kép

The back side I’ve decorated with the Hello sunshine printable card which I’ve printed it on the vellum paper and I’ve fixed it with my sewing machine and I’ve also decorated it a little bit and I’ve punched it, that I could put it in my planner. Finally, I’ve got a bookmark and a notepad at the same time, two in one. I really love the result.

2.kép

Now let’s see my weekly planner spread. I’ve used the Travelers Notebook Kits’ printable of June for the days and the numbers which I’ve stamped from my one stash. Next, the clouds, which were fussy cut out of a Pretty Little Studio: Ain’t Life Grand – 4 x 6 Paper and I’ve made some cluster on my pages. I ’ve also added some mint mist, words stickers and the little hearts. If there were clouds, the hot-air balloon cannot be missing. I’ve used the hot-air balloon cut file as the pattern and I have stitched this cute pink one, which brings smile in my day.

Here are some close-ups.

When I prepared the following week on my planner, I only decorate the borders of the pages, and when the days are coming I’ll fill them in.

I hope you enjoyed my DIY project and you will be try it. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful crafty day! See you soon! Réka

Study Hall: Let’s Use Printables!

@amytangerine @echopark @stampinup @cliquekits @spiegelmomscraps @jodyspiegelhoff, #cliquekits #studyhall #tailormade #amytangerine #projectlife #layout #cktailormade #sequin #creativeagenda #card #enamelstickers #stampinup

Hello friends!

Melissa here with you today and I’m sharing a card I created using the gorgeous printables from the January kit. Have you truly utilized all the wonderful digital product that is available to you in your kits??? Cut files and printables that coordinate perfectly with the kit contents, can add to your projects so well!

I’ve been wanting to play with the printables but, have been lazy and did not have ink in my printer for almost a year. Yes, you read that right. A year. But, I finally got some and was so excited to add the printables to my cards.

I cut apart the pennants to use on this card and they were the perfect way to complete the design of the card.

luvyou1

I loved using the printables to add a pop of color to the design of my card. The vellum is so pretty with the shiny gold and the hearts on the pattern paper have a really pale pink. So, to help give the card a little boost, the pennants really helped to balance the overall design.

luvyou2

And one more close-up for you…

luvyou3

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you take advantage of all the awesome things your kit includes – like the printables!

Happy creating!

Geek Lab: Enjoy

geeklab

Hi everyone. I have a fun layout to share with you today using the Printables from the January kit. For the past few months, I’ve been printing the printables and cutting them before I dig into my kit so I don’t forget to use them. These printables are great embellishment fillers.  My favorites include the tags and banners.

enjoy_clique-kits_jan2017_crate-paper_nicole-martel-001

I didn’t plan on making this layout so busy…It was supposed to be simple, but I wanted to use some of my embellishments in my stash that I haven’t used in a while and once I started adding stuff, I couldn’t stop. I stapled the banners at the top right-side of my photo then added the flair. I plucked one of the heart enamels from the button to add to the center of my flair. The little heart puffy stickers are so cute…  I added them to the center flowers at the top of the layout.

I cut the number two from the Bella Blvd. that came in the December kit to add as an embellishment with the “laugh” word label from the printables. I used scissors to make the label smaller than I cut the little “v” to make it look like a banner.

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope I inspired you to use those printables that comes with your kit this month!

Yearbook: Trolls

blog-image_yearbook

Hi all. This month, I made it a goal of mine to scrapbook a layout using the printables that came with the December kit. I ALWAYS forget to use these because I forget to print them out and then when I do think about them, my kit is almost gone. So, this month, I printed them off first before I even received the kit.

dsc_4267

Initially, I was going to prep this page for the December kit, but once I started applying the printables and photos, I needed things like washi tape, enamel dots, puffy stickers… all items that I’ve been hoarding from the Clique Kit shop. 🙂 I like being a hoarder of supplies because you never know what you might need until you actually need it. So don’t forget the Clique Kit shop because we have a great variety of products available to be shipped with you kit each month.

Products: Cut-apart journaling cards: Die-Cuts: Clique Kits, Cut-apart star strip: Puffy Star stickers: Elle’s Studio, Enamel Dots: Pebbles, Enamel Hearts:Paper Clip: Bella Blvd., Number sticker: Simple Stories, Ribbon: May Arts, Chipboard words: Pink Paislee, Washi Tape: Me & My Big Ideas, Puffy “lightening bolt” sticker: Crate Paper, Spray Ink: Shimmerz Paints, Heidi Swapp, Ranger Inc.

A few close-ups:

dsc_4290

I cut the Movie Night Hexagon in half and then moved them around the bottom of the photo collage until I was happy with the placement. I always save my tickets from when I go to the movies. Rather than keeping the tickets in my wallet, I decided to use it on my layout.

dsc_4294

I really don’t know what got into me… I just couldn’t stop adding stuff to this layout.  I am just glad that some of this stuff is finally getting used.

Thanks for visiting today. I hope to see lots of projects using the printables from the December kit. Lacey did a fabulous job on them!

Geek Lab: Spring

geeklab

Hello Everyone! It’s Maryám here, and I’m so happy to be back with you this month. Today I have my first layout with the beautiful September kit and some CK exclusives printables.

Here, in southern hemisphere we are in winter, but the spring starts on September, 21th so that is the reason why the trees are with a lot of pink flowers.

mperez_sep16_spring4

I created  a simple layout but I really like the result. On the bottom of my page I’ve added some strips of different pattern papers.

I hope you liked this layout. And if you want to get more digital files, just click here.

Make a Bigger Printable

geeklab

Hi, it’s Aliza once again playing with the Rio kit.

Today I have a story of a little moment when my almost 18 year old son used his sandwich toothpicks to make himself some Wolverine claws. Since this guy is leaving home ridiculously soon, I think I needed to capture the part of him that is still a kid. This layout is also  a little prayer that he keeps that playful side as he moves on into adulthood. Sigh.

alizadeutsch_august2016_almost18

I don’t think I can write much more about this bittersweet topic, because it’s a bit raw right now. So, let’s just get a little geeky, and get back to the pretty paper part of scrapbooking. Once again, I fell in love with the dark blue shades in this kit. And I decided to use that blue patterned printable as part of my layout. The printable is 2×2 inches, and I needed a slightly larger image. I could have simply made it bigger. But in this case, I copied and pasted the image a few times to create a 4×4 inch pattern to use on my layout.

almost18 close up

I opened the image in Photoshop Elements.

Screenshot (33)

I copied the image by selecting the image layer, and then using Cntrl + Alt keys while I dragged the cursor along the image. This copied the image and allowed me to move it right next to the first one.

Screenshot (34)

I then locked those two layers together, and copied them again.

Screenshot (45)

I printed out the larger image, and cut the pieces that I needed. Super easy! And extraordinarily satisfying to be able to adapt the products fit my needs.

So Many Colors to Choose

study-hall

Hi, everyone. It’s Aliza here again, sharing a layout with the gorgeous Rio kit. In the first layout that I shared, I picked out the various the black, white,  and pink patterned paper and elements from the kit.  I threw in some specks of gold, too. This time, however, I focused on the bright blues, greens, and orange elements. (Of course, I always like to throw in a bit of black and white.)

alizadeutsch_August2016_Whatarethechances

While I used small bits of paper, the majority of this layout is made by layering up the Clique Kits exclusive journaling cards and printables. This layout came together super fast, since all the colors coordinated perfectly.

FullSizeRender (17)

I would also love to add that this kit would be entirely worth it, just for those Fancy Pants Designs alphas! The color, the whimsical font, and the puffy texture are  are simply wonderful.

Thanks for stopping by!
