Clique Agenda – Happy May

Hello Everyone! Here is Réka and I’m so excited because it’s my first post as a member of CK Design Team. Today I ’m sharing with you how I orgazine my months in my homemade planner. The basis of my planner is a simple ring album which I’ve covered with fabric and I’ve decorated the front page with a lot of elements from the April Kit. Have a look at it.

I’ve decorated the inside of my planner with the gorgeous May Main Kit.

 

The left side of the inside page is covered with one piece of paper from Pinkfresh Studio. Afterwards I’ve made a few pocket from fabric on which I’ll put the different elements of the kit. I’ve added puffy stickers and buttons. The paper clips from Freckled Fawn are perfect to use in the planner.

My monthly page always contains one inspiring sentence. For the May I’ve chosen one spot varnish sentimets card from Kaisercraft, which firstly I’ve painted and after I’ve used my inks. It was so interesting where the paint and ink met on the card. I’ve put this card on the vellum tape wrapping paper, and finally I’ve added them on the white cardstock. I’ve sewed around every piece with my sewing machine. For the title I’ve used the alphabet stamps set from Latina Crafter who is the sponsor of this month’s challenge. Now let’s see the back side of the previous page. I’ve chosen one illustration from the May Kit exclusive printable which designed by Maryam. I’ve printed it on the vellum paper. This idea comes from Gia. When my printed vellum paper was done I’ve just started to put a card on it when my eyes have stopped on the „Neverland is my home” sentence from the Pinkfresh Studio – Reverie paper. Unfortunately it was too small, but I’ve written the same sentence with my stamp, cutting and I’ve glued them to the paper. When I’ve attached them I’ve covered it with overhead folien, but I’ve sewed only its three sides and the left side was let open so I’ve got one pocket for the bills, cards and other things which belong to the month.

Every montly important data, events, goals and dreams go to the other page. I’ve used one sheet water-colored paper on which I’ve sewed and painted the columns and I’ve written the titles of the columns with my handwritting and added some puffy stickers.

The next double pages show my montly spread for May. These pages were edited in the Microsoft Word and then printed. I’ve added a few vellum tape and die cuts. Now, the only thing to do is to organise our schedule of May, plans, meetings, tasks.

Clique Agenda: April planner spread

Hi! Donna here for the third time in a row this week and I hope you’re not yet tired of me. For today, I am sharing how I setup my first two weeks of April using the Jellybean kit. I used my A5 Prima planner which is my planner for all my design team stuff.

I started by coloring the alpha stickers with watercolor. This is pretty fun to do, just color the letters you want to use so it’s not that messy. Let it dry first before unsticking the alpha stickers so it won’t tear.

Then I cut a strip of patterned paper and adhered to the inner edges of the insert where you cut the holes. I also used watercolor to add some colors to one of the doilies I used in my spread.

 

I turned one of the flairs into paper clip as well as one of the flowers in the pack

I also made use of the journal cards as you here in the image below.

Notice the stamped words? Since I don’t have a nice pink ink available, I used watercolor instead. (The little one decided she likes to turn the poor stamp into teeny tiny pieces.. RIP to my one and only pink ink lol!). Just a bit of water, almost dry brushing watercolor onto the word in the stamp (like coffee and love) and gently stamp on to the surface. The stamps I used were by Latina Crafter.

Clique Agenda – Planner Spread Using the Jellybean Kit!

Hello planner lovers! This is Victoria and I am so excited to share my planner spread using the April 2017 Jellybean Kit. As you all know, CK kits are so versatile and there are a ton of goodies you can use in your kits to create gorgeous planner spreads.

My spread is inspired by all things spring, which of course is my favorite season! I took advantage of the beautiful floral die cuts by creating layered clusters around my spread.

To add a bit of sparkle, I used some gold glitter washi tape by Shimelle from American Crafts to accent the top and bottom of this spread. A little sparkle goes a long way!

I am a sucker for die cut phrases and I happily used three of them to accent my spread and to inspire me as I work through my tasks this week. I also used a few of the floral stickers from the exclusive sticker set, available as an add-on in the CK store.

I’m now ready to add my action items and appointment reminders!

Planning with the Agenda 2.0 Kit

 

 

 

 

 

Hello lovelies! My name is Florence and I am guest designing this month. In the planner world I’m known as livelifeandcreate which is my user name on Instagram. I love paper crafting as well as creating pages in my Midori and planner decor. Some of you may question- why not just use your phone as a planner, why should you go out and buy one? Well we all work different ways and although technology does pretty much run many events, there’s just something about pen to paper that makes the human brain retain the information more. And why not spruce it up with some cute washi tape, stickers, page flags, or even a journal card or two.

I love applying ephemera pieces and various paper crafting paper and products to the way I decorate. I like to say I’m a scrappy hot mess and I like to go with the flow. My lists tend to be quite long on my busy days, and with decorating these pages it makes your to do lists enjoyable. At least for me they do.

A great thing about the Agenda 2.0 kit is that there’s so much variety that can last you a long while. This time I would like to share with you how I would use journaling cards/ scrapbook paper to embellish at the same time using washi and stickers. I will be utilizing the Websters Pages paper that comes in the kit. I am also using my light teal Color Crush Planner (if you were wondering what kind of planner this is).

I know sometimes it can get overwhelming with where to place what, but for me I normally just go with the flow. Sometimes it takes just writing something down, or placing one thing to get you started. I personally embellish my page first then write my items in. And place any additional embellishments if needed.
