Locker Room – Project Life spread step by step

Hi! It’s Justt here and today I would like to show you my way of creating a Project Life spread with June Kit. I knew from the very beginning it will be veeery colorful! Ok, let’s go. 🙂

Firt of all, I place the photos on the page protector. I usually put two small photos in the two small pockets and between them there’s a journaling card or two and sometimes a title card if there’s one journaling card.

Then I try to match cards with small papers – I try to limit colors and this time it will be white, pink, grey and some red.

Then of course… I change everything (look photo above) 😀 I don’t like having the same colors one under another (as it was above – a gray title card with “love” in the small pocket and a white card with gray stripes in the big pocket under it) so I had to rearrange it somehow. 🙂

All right, the cards are covered. Now the best part – embellishments!

Some cut-outs and a roller stamp! I love it. 🙂

And this is how the whole page looks like. 🙂 It’s quite messy I must admit, but I really like it! Hope you like it too, tell me in comments what you think!

Yearbook – Family fun

Hello, it Leeann today and I have a wonderful page to share with you all. I am slowly scrapping our #pearcefamilyadventage from 2014. I am enjoying going through all the photos and remembering our family travels. So many amazing places and time spent together! Some days I wish we were still moving about and exploring this great country. If ever the opportunity comes your way you have to do it!

I created this page using the “La dolce vita” June Kit I love all the tabs and tags in this kits and all the sequins too! I had fun layering them here.  I love using alot more photos on this pages to help tell the story. This is us in Coober Pedy, South Australia. So much to see and do here famous for opals and also mad max movies. Going out to the moonplains and breakaways was so awesome too. I can see how easy it is to get lost out here.  The colour was amazing!

GeekLab: a trip to remember

Hello all! It’s Justt here 🙂 Those of you who are subscribers of Clique Kits kits have probably already seen wonderful printables from June “La Dolce Vita” kit! They’re as pretty as all Elle’s Studio cut outs and die-cuts! So here you’ve got a layout (in rather unusual size for me! I was inspired by our wonderful DT girls 😀 ) with those pretty printables.

Even though this size is quite small for me (yeah, it’s really hard when you make only 30×30 layouts!) but I really loved making it!

What’s more, those printables perfectly fit the whole kit. Ahhh, and those acrylic words! ♥

I’m a girl who looooves cut some small pieces from papers etc. This butterfly had been also cut out from the bigger printable 🙂

The photo was taken this weekend when we had something like a really, reaaaally small CHA in Poland 😀 it was super fun!

Art Studio – Little Moments

Hello it’s Leeann here today and I have another page to share with you all.  I am loving the la dolce vita June kit. There’s so much in it that makes me happy. Especially that I can add so much color myself. I love all the tabs and tags from elle’s studio in this kit. They are a staple in my pages. These I love using for layering on photos. But today I wanted to show you how quick and simply it is to add color to pattern papers that are more neutral. Hoe amazing is that pattern paper with all the quotes using different font. Love it Mega! All those quotes are so this girl too. Ok so lets take a look at my page and go from there.

“Little Moments”

I think most of you know that I LOVE my watercolors and I use them alot on my projects.

So let start with placing our pattern paper down and getting our watercolor paints ready.

Using a flat head brush with a width of 1 cm, I dip the brush in water first and add that to the paint creating a pool of color. Once I’m happy with my pool of color I start at one side and swipe the brush across the page, just once. Add a flick of color to the top and bottom color bands.

For extra detail I’m adding some random stamping using a mixture of shape and quote stamps. And some doodling with a black gel pen. I have added some machine stitching for extra detail also.

I hope today was fun and you grab your watercolors and have a play. Try using different bushes for different strokes.

Yearbok: Loveliness!

Hello all! It’s Justt here today. 🙂 This time I would like to show you a layout made with June “La Dolce Vita” kit. When I first saw it shrieked with joy!! It’s perfect for summer photos as well as for bright and colorful works, just the way I like it. 😉

So, this layout is about my nephews’ third birthday. They’re twins but the other one is sooo crazy and brisk that it’s really difficult to force him to take a photo with him. 😀

But they’re sooo wonderful! It’s such a blessing that one of them (of course the naughtier one haha) is my godson!

This time I decided not to make a journaling in one place but to throw it a little bit all around the layout. 🙂

Those glitter sticker words from PinkfreshStudio are totally my favourite! When I first saw them I wasn’t that convinced because silver is not my color, I don’t use it very often in my works, but that sticker matched perfectly this layout! What do you think? 🙂
