Hey everyone! Stephanie Gold here with an Art Studio post! Today I’m sharing a layout where I painted with gold paint right over top of a pattern paper.
I used a very small amount of Basics Gold acrylic paint and created a focal point in the center of my page. It never looks very gold when it’s wet but when it dries it gets a great gold shine. 🙂
Once dry, I used the gold area to create my layout. I layered multiple papers and cut apart tags from the February Kit Bee You. I added a couple Rub On butterflies to the white tags and used them for journaling and date marking.
I used some of the ephemera and the adorable and unique triangle enamel dots to embellish my layout. And finally I finished it off with a bit of watered down gold acrylic paint splatters.
The title of my page was drawn from those sweet charming faces my kiddos were giving me in the photos. ❤
Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful week – much love! 🙂
