Yearbook: Charmer

Hello everyone. Every year, since Edward was born, I have been creating yearly layouts for him. You can see them all on my personal blog. I think it will be neat when he gets older, he can flip through his albums and read about the things he enjoyed as a kid. Things like, what’s his favorite food, movie, toy, best friends, teacher’s name etc. I wish my mother had done this for me, but she didn’t and so I am doing it for my son because I think it’s important.

Most of the time, when I need to include a great deal of journaling on my layout, I will type up my journaling and print it on regular white cardstock paper. That way, I have more room to add a photo or two and some embellishments. I don’t know about you, but I love embellishments and I can’t create a layout with at least 5 or 6 embellishments. LOL

I am really excited about this month’s exclusive die cuts from Clique Kits! I have been wanting a “Wassup Dude?” and “Charmer” die cut for a while now and the clouds. This was the perfect kit for these adorable dies. Lacey did a great job. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful.
