Geek Lab: Come Away with Me

Hi friends! I don’t know about you, but I am loving the November Kit. I love all the blue in this kit. Makes this girl happy since it’s my favorite color. And I love the patterns in this collection. The possibilities are endless. I decided to play around with some stamping and fussy cutting on this layout. I received some exclusive stamps from Clique Kits to play with. They are so much fun! I love the boarder made from hearts and the “Have A Lovely Day” stamps. I stamped the sentimental stamp on my die cut car to use as my title on the layout. Then I cut two little flowers from the floral paper and adhered them to the tires on my die cut to make it pop.

I added some more stamps on my “Come Away with Me” journaling card. Once I started stamping, I wanted to stamp all over my layout, but I contained myself with just two images. 🙂 Also, notice how I added the Hello sticker onto the journaling card? I love how a few stickers can do wonders for a layout.

Initially, I was going to Scrap my photos onto the floral paper without the grid paper, but felt it would be too much. I love how the graph paper makes such a difference on this layout.
