Locker Room: Layout with Circles

Hello everybody!  Caroli here and today I want to share a step by step tutorial about how I made this simple layout using our january Kit Tailor Made.

When I first saw the kit, first thing I could think about was circles, lots of circles. Maybe the softs shades or the circle stickers, but inmediately i tought about making a layout using circles, and so I did 😉

First, I decided to use 3 pics, one of them slightly bigge than other 2. I placed them as I wanted to use them on the layout just to check.

 

I wanted to use some negative space, so I cut a circle on the top so I could place the bigger pic behind.

 

Then, I cut some flower from this gorgeous patterned paper included on the kit and some circles from other patterns.

 

An then I cut other 2 pics in circle shape and placed the 3 pics, flowers and paper circles on the paper. Since I wanted to add some dimension I used some foam tabs to lift one pic a bit.

 

And now it’s embellishment time! I love love love the stickers from this collection, and also the coordinating enamel dots included in the kits and those from ad-ons. I’ll use the circle sttickers and some dots here and there.

 

I added the tittle using the fabulous Thickers included in the kit, don’t you just love them? I do 🙂 I also used some grey letters from my stach to complete the title.

 

This is how it looks now, I just need to add some journaling and it will be done 🙂

 

But wait! No layout is done until you splater some paint on it, isn’t it?

And this is the final result!
